Tapawana is a private, appointment-based tattoo atelier in Bali, combining contemporary tattoo artistry with Nusantara culture, tradition, and spirituality. We are looking for a Studio Manager, aged 25–35, who is professional, organized, warm, and genuinely interested in art, culture, tradition, and spirituality.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing daily studio operations and client communication
- Administration, scheduling, and maintaining smooth workflow
- Managing social media and digital content
- Working with the team to create a professional and inspiring studio experience
We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong skills in administration and studio management
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Good manners, professional attitude, and strong work ethics
- Able to operate and manage social media
- Creative and comfortable working with digital content
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Experience in hospitality, creative industries, boutique studios, galleries, or similar environments is a plus
