Jhonny Chaos

Piercing Artist

Born and raised in Jakarta and now based in Bali, Jhonny Chaos has dedicated more than 30 years to the art of body piercing. His practice is grounded in a deep understanding of human anatomy, precision, and a strong respect for the body as a living canvas.

Beyond piercing, Jhonny is part of the Tapawana team, supporting tattoo sessions as a backup artist and session assistant. His experience is especially valuable during traditional handtapping sessions, where he assists with stretching and maintaining the flow and comfort of the process.

With decades of experience and dedication to both body piercing and tattoo culture, Jhonny brings a calm, highly experienced presence to the Atelier.

Outside the tattoo and piercing world, Jhonny has also worked as an assistant in Indonesian film productions, including documentaries and feature films, adding another layer of experience to his long-standing involvement in contemporary visual and body culture.
