Returns

As our products are made in limited quantities, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us at contact@tapawana.com within 3 days of delivery and provide photo or video evidence of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

We do not offer size exchanges. Please check our size guide before placing your order.
